One owner alone has virtually no power, but many owners joined together and working with our state association, Oregon Rental Housing association, Inc., their professional state lobbyist, and their active legislative committee, do make a difference. We provide that chance for unity.
Be a PRO! (Professional Rental Owner). We offer classes in the PRO Certification Program. This program has three stages, each of which includes training in one of three areas. "PRO 1" classes include landlord-tenant law, fair housing and evictions. "Pro II" includes classes in conflict resolution, maintenance and marketing. Master PRO clases include subsidized housing, estate planning and property management licensing.
